Return Policy

Hey there, fabulous! We want you to love every purchase from us, but we get it, sometimes things just don't click. Here's the lowdown on our return policy:

Returns: We've got a 14-day return policy for exchanges or store credit, as long as the items are unworn and still rocking those tags. If it's been more than 14 days since your purchase, sorry babe, but we can't offer you store credit or an exchange.

To be eligible for store credit or an exchange, your item needs to be unused and in the same condition you received it. Sorry, but jewelry and FINAL SALE items are like that one friend who's always MIA—can't return them.

Store Credit: Once we get your return and check it out (no worries, we're quick!), we'll shoot you an email to let you know we've got it. You'll get another email when the credit is applied. If you don't see that email, drop us a line at shoplucyslooks@gmail.com

We'll swap out any items that are defective or damaged, no sweat.

Shipping: To return your item, send it to: 1260 Shiloh, Suite 200 Plano TX 75074 You're on the hook for the shipping costs, and sorry, but those costs aren't refundable.

If your return package is over $75, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or getting shipping insurance. We can't guarantee we'll get your return otherwise.
